Maximilian Cronin launched his real estate career while completing his Marketing degree at the John Molson School of Business. Working with a prominent private family office, he initially spearheaded leasing and asset strategy for a multi-family portfolio of over 1,000 units before expanding his role to lead commercial operations and leasing.

Today, alongside his partner Mark Reiner, the pair has closed over $300M in commercial and multi-family transactions and overseen the lease-up of thousands of residential apartments. Beyond their commercial footprint, the duo maintains a dominant presence in Montréal’s luxury residential market — facilitating more than $100M in single-family and luxury condo sales across Westmount, Ville-Marie, NDG, Hampstead, and Nuns’ Island, including multiple record-breaking transactions.
